RENOVATION UPDATES

Divi Aruba Phoenix

UPDATES TO PHASE 1 & PHASE 2 CONTINUE

We are thrilled to update you on the progress of our ongoing renovations at Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort as we beautify your home away from home! The resort has completed renovations of Beach Tower (Phase 2) buildings B, C, and D, as well as all Villa suites (Phase 1). The villa pool area has also been updated.

Renovation of the Tower suites (Phase 1) will start on April 5, 2025, and will continue for approximately five months. Additionally, purefitness, the onsite gym, will be closed starting May 26, 2025, and is expected to reopen mid-summer. During this time, the Fitness Center at Tamarijn Aruba All-Inclusive will be available for use by Divi Aruba Phoenix guests and is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Beach Tower building A (Phase 2) renovations are scheduled for later in 2025.*

To minimize disruption, work is being done one building at a time, wherever possible. We anticipate that pools, restaurants, and other amenities will be open for you to enjoy. During this time, if your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar or upgraded unit for your vacation stay. For more information, please refer to the brochures below.

Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort

In addition to Divi Aruba Phoenix, we are excited to update you on the progress of our ongoing renovations at Divi Village Golf & Beach Resort! The resort has completed renovations of Buildings A and B, in addition to updates to Seabreeze Pool and the opening of both Seabreeze Bar & Grill and Seabreeze Marketplace.

Renovation of Building D will start in June and is anticipated to continue through late Fall 2025.

When processing payments on the owner portal, please avoid clicking “submit” multiple times or starting a new payment session while the screen is loading. This can result in duplicate payments being charged to your account and delays in refunds.

BONAIRE REPLACES ROOM & CAR TAX WITH NEW VISITOR ENTRY TAX

Starting July 1, 2022, all non-residents and visitors to Bonaire are required to pay the Visitor Entry Tax; a replacement of the island’s former ‘room tax’ and rental ‘car tax’. Visitors 13 years and older must pay USD $75 per person, per visit, and visitors 12 years and younger must pay USD $10 per person, per visit. INTRODUCING OUR NEW PAYMENT AND RESERVATIONS PORTAL

We are pleased to announce that a convenient new payment and reservations portal is now available for all Divi Timeshare Vacation Owners. This portal allows you to safely and securely pay your operating/maintenance fees and any applicable loan payments. Three very exciting NEW enhancements include:

The ability to view your home week status up to three years out for traditional home week owners
You can now book your home week up to three years out for traditional home week owner
Pay an additional amount toward future loan payments or additional principal, or pay off your loan
