Terms & Conditions: This Divi Club Escapes offer is valid on NEW bookings ONLY. The $99 admin fee will be waived for reservations made through June 2, 2024. DCE weeks are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and there is no limit on the number of units an owner can book. Blackout dates may apply. DCE weeks are available for studio or one-bedroom suites ONLY! Previously confirmed reservations may not be canceled for conversion to a DCE booking. Specific unit numbers may not be requested or guaranteed for DCE weeks. Resorts are unable to accept or confirm DCE reservations. Payment is required at the time of reservation—government taxes, energy surcharges, and other miscellaneous charges due and payable at the resort.

Club Escape reservations made through June 2, 2024, are non-refundable. The amount of maintenance fee charged depends on the unit size and property chosen for travel through this Club Escapes offer. The owner’s contracted maintenance fee does not apply. DCE weeks can be exchanged with RCI or II if an owner has a valid RCI or II weeks’ contract. Your Divi account must be in good standing, or your reservation will be denied. This promotional offer may be discontinued at any time without notice.

EXCITING NEWS FROM DIVI ARUBA PHOENIX BEACH RESORT

We are pleased to announce that starting in September 2023, Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort is getting an exciting makeover to improve your vacation experience and beautify your home away from home in Aruba!

To minimize disruption, work is being done one building at a time, wherever possible, and we anticipate that beach service, pools, restaurants, and amenities will be available to enjoy. During this time, if your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar or upgraded unit for your vacation stay. For more information, please refer to the below brochures.

Beach Towers: September 2023 through December 2024

Tower and Villas: April 2024 through May 2025

BONAIRE REPLACES ROOM & CAR TAX WITH NEW VISITOR ENTRY TAX

Starting July 1, 2022, all non-residents and visitors to Bonaire are required to pay the Visitor Entry Tax; a replacement of the island’s former ‘room tax’ and rental ‘car tax’. Visitors 13 years and older must pay USD $75 per person, per visit, and visitors 12 years and younger must pay USD $10 per person, per visit. We are pleased to announce that a convenient new payment and reservations portal is now available for all Divi Timeshare Vacation Owners. This portal allows you to safely and securely pay your operating/maintenance fees and any applicable loan payments. Three very exciting NEW enhancements include:

The ability to view your home week status up to three years out for traditional home week owners
You can now book your home week up to three years out for traditional home week owner
Pay an additional amount toward future loan payments or additional principal, or pay off your loan
