RENOVATION UPDATE!

UPDATES TO PHASE 1 & PHASE 2 CONTINUE

We are thrilled to update you on the progress of our ongoing renovations at Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort as we beautify your home away from home! The resort has completed renovations of Beach Tower (Phase 2) buildings B, C, and D, as well as all Villa suites (Phase 1). The villa pool area has also been updated.

Renovation of the Tower suites (Phase 1) will start on April 5, 2025, and will continue for approximately five months. Additionally, Beach Tower building A (Phase 2) renovations are scheduled for later in 2025.*

To minimize disruption, work is being done one building at a time, wherever possible. We anticipate that pools, restaurants, and other amenities will be open for you to enjoy. We hope you’ll be patient with us as our dedicated staff, construction crews, and resort staff work to make your vacation ownership the most enviable in the Caribbean.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BILLING AND PAYMENTS

When processing payments on the owner portal, please avoid clicking “submit” multiple times or starting a new payment session while the screen is loading. This can result in duplicate payments being charged to your account and delays in refunds.

After submitting your payment, please wait up to 48 hours to confirm that it has been processed. We encourage you to continue using the online payment system but ask that you avoid making multiple payment attempts. Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

EXCITING NEWS FROM DIVI ARUBA PHOENIX BEACH RESORT

We are thrilled to provide you with another update on the progress of our ongoing renovation at Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort.

Our Villas (Phase 1) are progressing on schedule and will reopen this November. Additionally, we’re pleased to announce that our Villa Pool renovations have been completed, and the pool was reopened in September.

After high season, renovations will continue with the closure of the Tower (Phase 1) building from April 2025 through September 2025, followed by the Beach Towers Building A (Phase 2) from September through early December 2025.*

To minimize disruption, work is being done one building at a time, wherever possible, and we anticipate that beach service, pools, restaurants, and amenities will be available to enjoy. During this time, if your unit is out of service, you will be relocated to a similar or upgraded unit for your vacation stay. For more information, please refer to the below brochures.

BONAIRE REPLACES ROOM & CAR TAX WITH NEW VISITOR ENTRY TAX

Starting July 1, 2022, all non-residents and visitors to Bonaire are required to pay the Visitor Entry Tax; a replacement of the island’s former ‘room tax’ and rental ‘car tax’. Visitors 13 years and older must pay USD $75 per person, per visit, and visitors 12 years and younger must pay USD $10 per person, per visit. The mandatory tax can be paid upon arrival at the airport. For more information, visit www.BonaireIsland.com.

INTRODUCING OUR NEW PAYMENT AND RESERVATIONS PORTAL

We are pleased to announce that a convenient new payment and reservations portal is now available for all Divi Timeshare Vacation Owners. This portal allows you to safely and securely pay your operating/maintenance fees and any applicable loan payments. Three very exciting NEW enhancements include:

The ability to view your home week status up to three years out for traditional home week owners
You can now book your home week up to three years out for traditional home week owner
Pay an additional amount toward future loan payments or additional principal, or pay off your loan
